I'm finding more and more that I treat myself with things; not food.
Which can be a bad thing when you really think about it.
Things are more expensive than food. That's why I'm fat, people! It's cheap to be fat!

No, no, if I really want to treat myself and not go completely off the deep end I will get one of these:
They take forever to eat and are super sweet. They have nuts. Which is protein, right? And they're only 3 WW points. I don't do WW anymore, but I will always remember the points system of old because I did it for years.

My treat is M&M's. But I've been loving the Mini Eggs...you know the Easter ones even though Easter is 3 months away.

Primetime did a special a while back. It said that's why Americans are so overweight because you can go to just about any fast food restaurant that has a dollar menu and feed your whole family for less than $10 but to go to the grocery store and pick out healthy fruits and veggies is too expensive. It's just sad. If I were rich, I would buy everyone some fresh veggies because then I could cross off "5 random acts of kindness" from my list of 52 things I have to accomplish this year.
I have never had a Big Hunk Candy bar. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen one in the store

I always hate when people tell me they take a walk to reward themselves. I'm like, "What?? Don't you get a reward for going on a walk?!" Starbucks Mocha please! (Sorry, I'm being your unsupportive fat friend.)
WW has changed up the points system. It's good and bad. You get more points, but most things cost more points!! Still is a great program though. And you are right...food is a cheap reward!
