I sorta chuckle at the fact that the democratic lawmakers in Wisconsin fled the state to prolong the vote on a bill proposed by the governor. You can click here to read more. Regardless of what the bill is about, whether the scairdy cats are dems or repubs, I, all the way over on the west coast, crack the hell up imagining these lawmakers fleeing the capitol and running accross state lines to avoid doing their job. Seriously. We pay these people for their "service?!"
I hope you guys don't get mad at me. I was recently offered an opportunity to write a sponsored post. Which means I'll make a tiny bit of money off the deal. My first thought was: "My followers are going to be so mad at me! I will be called a sell out; just like Nickelback!" (<--- who i still love, so shut it JG.) Anyway. Then I thought about it and I realized that you all won't be mad at me. I'm not going to be doing this often, I'm sure, so I think it will be okay. In fact, I'll probably screw this up gloriously and never be asked to do it again!
My head hurts right now and I'm boring the shat out of myself with this post so I guess I'll shut up now.
And if my comments seemed to reflect my pissy mood last week; I apologize. But, hey, feel lucky you're not my husband.

Hopefully this week goes better for you! There has to be a better way for those politicians to deal with that proposed bill than to run away from it.

How do you know when the sponsorships are legit. I've had a couple come in over the last month and I just ignore them unless it's CSN stores.

You make me laugh. Glad to see I was in great company last week while my week sucked(in one of the most beautiful places on earth, San Diego) There was someone out there (also in a beautiful place) with the week from hell. Hooray, we made it through!

As for Wisconsin, I agree. It's funny. But it's also infuriating. I think their pay should be docked for leaving the state.

Ok, so I live only 20 minutes from the wisconsin border. This past Sunday I was having breakfast around the block from my house and I overheard some guy talking about the WI stuff and he said he was one of the dems that left!
They apparently are hiding out in my town.
