The first reasons I ever fell in love with Viv are as follows:
She was the very first "outside" person who commented on my blog and followed who was not related to me. Seriously. I was so freaking excited when I got that comment and saw her little face in the GFC widget I almost peed my pants. And her comment was hilarious which made it even better!
She uses the word "smart-assery" on her blog. I thought that was an awesome word.
So, last Monday, the 5th, Viv happened to be in our neck of the woods! We being me and Myya.
We quickly agreed that this would be our best opportunity toditch the kids for a day meet the object of our long time bloggy crush live and in color!
It's such a funny thing to finally meet someone in person who you've actually known for almost 3 years. It's them and you know them, but it's also different.
For example: Viv is gorgeous. Her pictures on her blog show a very pretty brunette with a great big smile. In real life? She's way prettier than her pictures, even. The woman has no wrinkles. I'm not kidding. No. Wrinkles. Or gray. No gray hair! Seriously.
And she is so open and friendly. You can tell just how nice she is and how generous a spirit she has just by talking to her for a minute. I have a feeling if you were in need, she'd be the one to give you the shirt off her back.
Anyway, Myya and I both had bloggy crushes before, but now I fear it's at a new level. Maybe we want our blogs to marry her blog now. And have baby blogs. I dunno. Would that be weird? Whatever.
Anyway, I was on my absolute best behavior. WEIRD!
I was so sad that we only had a few hours with her, but I was so grateful that we had a few hours with her, too! Does that make sense?
Oooh, and guess what. She actually said "smart-assery." Ha! It sounds just as awesome when she says it as when she types it.

Okay, the fact that she came up with an awesome word like "smart-assery" makes up for the fact that she has no gray hair and no wrinkles. I can deal with that.
