D'oh! I Missed My Chance, Again!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of iBulb for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Seriously, you guys. Every fall I think, "Hey, don't forget to plant bulbs this year...when Spring comes you're gonna want some tulips!"

And every Spring comes and I think, "Crap! I forgot! I want tulips!"

Have you seen potted bulbs?

These things are fantastic! Especially for me, the one who forgets to plant. I can pick bulbs up at the grocery store, garden centers or flower shops and plant them in a pot inside my house where I won't forget. And I can pick what kind of pot I want so that it matches my decor.

Instead of spending tons of money on cut flowers that will die, I can have flowers every single year! And I can take them outside and plant them when I'm bored with them inside.

They also make great Mother's Day or Easter presents for the person in your life who would appreciate a long lasting flower gift.

It can also be a fun project for you and your kiddos. Create a beautiful centerpiece with the kids help and plant the bulbs. Then present it to your favorite person for a great gift! I know a few nanas who would love that.

Something really easy to do for Easter that would make a great centerpiece for your table or a gift, would be to take a pretty bowl, fill with soil, plant the bulbs and then put Easter eggs around it. When the flowers are not in bloom, it looks like a nice bowl of decorative Easter eggs. When they bloom you end up with a beautiful display!

It's a really great way to add color and fresh plants to your house. I forget to add that touch at home a lot and I always am so happy when I have beautiful flowers around the place!

This way I get way more bang for my buck. Instead of wasting money on cut flowers that will die, I can have pretty flowers for Spring for years and years!

Those are adorable!!!
My hostas are finally coming up and I've probably missed the day lilies on the side of the garage. No one ever goes over there...

I love the look of them, but I kill plants. I wish my neighbors would plant some so I could see but not have to do work. ;)

Tulips are beautiful and will survive anyone but me. Can't keep a living plant in my house. It's just going to die.
