Whew! Is it just me or was this a busy week?? I think part of it was because Easter was on Sunday and the kids loaded up on sugar and then had to go to school. Makes for grumpy kiddos and grumpy parents.

You may have noticed that there were a bunch of posts yesterday that you couldn't comment on. Those were ads. For some reason a service I signed up for months ago finally sent me some things to do. All at once.
Since I'm in major money saving mode, I snapped em up. I turned the comments off so you didn't feel obligated to comment. I would hate for you to think you had to do that.
You can usually tell if I'm doing an ad by the title of the post. It's usually B-O-R-I-N-G.
**Now back to your regularly scheduled program**
Hey, I have some confessions to link up with Mamarazzi!

I confess...I have a track record for making kids at my boys' school cry. Remember this? Made one of my Kindergartner's classmates cry.
I confess...last Friday when I did popcorn at lunch a little girl came up and I gave her a bag of popcorn.
I confess...I totally spaced that she hadn't given me a quarter.
I confess...an assistant came and asked me if she paid. I totally had a brain fart. I realized she hadn't and I should've lied and said she did. It was only a quarter. She's only 5.
I confess...the assistant went and told the principal. I could hear the girl and see her sitting by herself across the cafeteria...sobbing.
I confess...I felt so damn bad. I know she shouldn't have done it, but holy crap, people. 5. Years. Old. And I'm pretty sure she won't do it again because she was embarrassed.
I confess...I was embarrassed too.
I confess...I'm gearing up for the Craft Fair.
I confess...it only makes me slightly ill to think about it. That's better than it was. I expect it to get worse again the closer it gets, though. Full on crapper mode. Whoops. Did I just say that out loud?
Welp. Those are my confessions!
Happy Friday!

ps: it's Friday the 13th...are you superstitious?

You are mean, you should probably stop volunteering you know!

Um wow...volunteering is just not your gig. LMAO
i kid, i kid...i feel bad for that kid, but i feel bad for you too.
5 yrs old is a good age to learn a lesson, but she may have no idea she "stole popcorn"
meh. live and learn...she has a long time to figure it out.
i want the name of the ad company.
i should start turning comments off on my ad posts too.
thanks for linking up!!
oh wow poor kid was she evven aware that she was suppose to pay for the popcorn I feel bad for her but i guess next time she'll ask before taking
Poor little kid! Maybe she didn't even realize she was supposed to pay. :o( They should have handled that a little differently, I think.
Good luck at the craft fair!!!! No psyching yourself out. It's gonna be fun!
Awww poor kid! She's probably scarred for life!! Haha
I'm sorry that happened. :(
I was busted at 5 for stealing candy from a store. Can you imagine what kind of a delinquent I would have been if they wouldn't have caught me?
I'm totally kidding. At 5 you still don't really know.
Have a great weekend!
Now see, that's exactly why I don't volunteer at turbo's school. I'd never get all the rules right and someone would end up crying (probably me).
Not wildly superstitious about Friday the 13th, but is a good excuse for things that go wrong today.
Poor lil girl. Geez Louise, what's this world come to.
How long till your craft fair?
That poor sweet girl. I feel bad for her. Why they gotta be so strict? DANG!
I say DO ALL THE ADS and get paid, yo! DO IT!
HAPPY FRIDAY!
My daughter was born on Friday the 13th so I think it is an awsome day. The lady at school that made the little girl cry is B__ch so there! There are places in hell for people like her.
Why didn't you just beat the poor girl, lol. You poor thing. I guess you both had a bad day.
Awe poor girl! But yea, I bet she will never have a problem with stealing in her life-- just like I am paranoid of all security gates since the librarian didn't actually scan the books I took up to her one time and it set off the alarms.
i love the new look!!! it's gorgeous!
poor little girl :(
Thats a sad story.. mean people! BOOO!! (Not you.. ha!)
Aw poor little girl :( I'm sure she learned a very valuable lesson, you too ;)
Glad you were able to score some ads! I have to wait until my blog is 90 days old to participate in anything.
I don't think they handled that very well. It's only a quarter.
Making kids cry is one of my specialties! Kids need to toughen up. ;)
