So yesterday was the last day of school and I was so excited! Not only was it the last day but it was sunny!
The last time it was sunny here on the last day of school was in 2009. Every other year it rains.
This morning I woke up to? Rain. Ah well, guess ya can't win em all.
I got the bright idea to take a picture of the boys before their last day of school just like I did on their first day of school.
Now I can really see if there are any differences in the last 9 months! Seems like there should be, we shall see in a minute...

Oh yeah. I see a difference. Also, does anyone know how to get a real smile out of a 9 year old boy? Anyone? Bueller...?
Little Boy:
Hahaha!! When I saw this picture yesterday after I took it I thought, "Hey, you should fix that cuff, attempt to get the hair tamed again, and make him look more awake."
But then I decided to keep it real. I couldn't get that hair to lay down, the cuff is hilarious and the picture generally sums up the last few weeks of school for us. Bedraggled, tired and ready for summer!

I think that cuff just adds to the charm of the photo. I can't believe these are the same kids,....they've changed a lot in a single school year.
